RAW VS JPEG

Raw is a much larger file than JPG. A raw file is a much more clearer and a neater sort of version of a picture  than JPG and it takes up more space compared to a JPG. Making a Raw file into a JPEG means lowering the detail quality into a smaller file in order to keep the image a small file. You can change the file by opening the image into an editing software and then choosing the mode you would prefer to export it as then sizing down the quality or simply choose jpg. I personally would prefer to shoot in RAW to capture the detail of a scene at an important occasion. But in general, I believe shooting in jpeg is a lot more beneficial because it saves more space in your memory card and that means more pictures!
